HAH series heavy duty slurry pumps are specially designed for the continuous pumping of highly abrasive, dense slurries in processes from hydrocyclone feed to flotation and tailings in minerals processing plants.

This series heavy duty slurry pump adopts double shell structure. Double casing structure is safe and low cost, and its outside pump casing bears pressure, the inside pump casing bears wear and abrasion. Meanwhile, double-pump casing structure can save cost and make easy maintain by just changing the worn internal parts.
The wet parts can be high-abrasion and wear chrome iron, rubber or ceremic which prolong the service life and more stable.

Our HZ Series slurry pumps are designed mainly for abrasive conditions containing solid particles in coal, electric power, metallurgy, mineral processing, building materials and other industries. According to the structure, our HZ series slurry pump can  be classified into Single-case and  Double-case pumps.

The Horizontal Gravel Pumps (Our HG(H) Series Pumps) are designed for the transportation of highly abrasive materials with particles that are too large to  be transported by common slurry pumps. Such as Mining, Power Plant, River Dredging, Tunneling and Tailing as well as specialty applications.

The gravel is casted as a single pump casing structure with smooth over-current channel. The flow passage parts are made of high chromium wear resistant alloy. The outlet direction of this kind pump can be adjusted according to the requested direction.

HAF Series Froth Pump is specially designed to handle heavy froth slurries during mineral processings such as flotation, thickening and tailings. It has obvious advantages in conveying slurries containing froth, which will solve the problem of difficult transportation of foamed slurry that has always been existing in the mineral processing application.

According to the structural characteristics, it can be classified as Vertical Froth Pump and Horizontal Froth Pump.

HSP Series sump pumps are specifically designed for demanding scenarios such as industrial cleaning, wastewater treatment, and mineral processing. This series sump pump is vertical, axial suction, single casing slurry pump that are frequently used in mineral processing, coal, chemical, slag and ash removal applications. The wetted parts could be made of metal and rubber to suit different working conditions.
